Matt brings over 10 years of experience across local government, consultancy, and client-side roles, acting for both landlords and tenants. As a Chartered Surveyor (RICS), he has extensive expertise in commercial and residential property management, strategic asset management, lease advisory, compliance, acquisitions, disposals, and project management.

His broad knowledge and client-focused approach make him a fantastic addition to our team, and we are excited to have him leading and growing our Asset and Property Management offering.

Outside of work, Matt is an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed both a full Ironman-distance race and a 100km ultramarathon for charity. His dedication, discipline, and methodical approach are qualities that translate seamlessly into his professional life.
