Wheatway approached us in late 2020 requiring additional industrial space after finding themselves in the fortunate position of a busy year despite the pandemic. We quickly agreed terms on an industrial unit in Shannon Point (Tewkesbury) of just under 5,000 sq ft.

In order to further future proof the businesses expansion, in March 2021, we completed another lease on a unit in Delta Drive Tewkesbury of circa 2,000 sq ft.

The two units will enable Wheatway to accelerate their output to fulfil customer needs both in the UK and internationally. Wheatway Solutions provides a customer driven solution provider for the crushing, screening and recycling industry.
