Tonic Beauty Salon & Spa moves to Montpellier
KBW is pleased to have agreed a new lease on behalf of the Landlord to support the expansion of Tonic; Rated No. 1 on Trip Advisor for Spas & Wellness Centres in Cheltenham.
19 Rotunda Terrace is a three storey Regency building with a basement plus a rear courtyard. The landlord instructed KBW to secure a new tenant for the building following the relocation of retailer Upstairs Downstairs.
Having spoken to Kerry, the proprietor of Tonic, back in 2020, we knew that she had ambitious expansion plans to grow the already successful business. KBW had an ongoing dialogue with Kerry about various opportunities in the market and although 19 Rotunda Terrace posed planning related challenges, terms were agreed with Tonic to take a new lease on the property.
KBW closely monitored the ongoing planning and listed building consent applications and kept the client informed throughout the process up to completion of the lease in March 2022.
As the landlord was not local, KBW took a pro-active approach in assisting the client with additional works required such as overseeing maintenance and repair work and providing meter readings whilst the building was unoccupied.
