Tewkesbury Tops Poll for Strongest Local Economy
Research by Raisin, an online savings service, has found Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire to be the UK’s strongest local economy and KBW is delighted to be offering a substantial building right in the heart of the town.
Mapping the locations with the largest number of independent businesses and the highest likeliness to weather the storm post-covid, Tewkesbury topped the table for the UK.
KBW has brought to the market a former Barclays bank, this three storey building benefits from the new Class E planning consent which includes retail, restaurant, office, professional services, medical & health and some leisure uses. With over 2,400 sq ft of space over three floors, and rear parking, this property is a unique opportunity in the town centre.
KBW is also marketing a modern office suite on Tewkesbury Business Park. Despite being situated on a business park, The Courtyard offers a peaceful semi-rural working environment and there is currently an opportunity for a company to take over a circa 1,100 sq ft office with four car parking spaces.
Tewkesbury is not the only Gloucestershire town to make the top 10, with Cheltenham coming in at no. 8 in the table that listed locations throughout the UK.
KBW is marketing a number of commercial properties in Gloucestershire and would be pleased to help you secure a building for your business. Please contact Richard Knightley (07917 155760) or Laura Hatten (07769 254158) for more information about the properties KBW is currently marketing.
