Successful Sale of 14 Rotunda Terrace Marks a New Chapter for its occupiers

September 18th 2024

KBW is thrilled to announce the successful sale of 14 Rotunda Terrace, a historic property in a prime location, on behalf of a long-standing client.

This significant transaction marks a positive milestone for the former tenants, now owners, who have chosen to invest in the long-term future of their businesses on Rotunda Terrace.

The property, which has been a staple of the local area, is well-known for its mixed-use space. The ground floor and basement were leased in 2021 to two thriving businesses: Conrad Clarke, a local artist, opened Spring Cheltenham Art gallery to curate regularly changing exhibitions of emerging and established artists. His partner Raymundo Villanueva, a self-confessed skin nerd, founded Nu-Clear studio; which offers results-driven facials founded on a love for electrical facials enhanced with specialist techniques. Both businesses have since flourished, becoming integral parts of the community and contributing to the vibrant culture of the area.

The upper floors of the property, which had been sublet to residential tenants, also played a role in the property’s success. The blend of residential and commercial use made 14 Rotunda Terrace a unique and desirable asset, both for the seller and the new owners.

KBW is particularly pleased with the outcome, as it reflects the strong relationships built with both the seller and the tenants over the years. The tenants’ investment in the property underlines their long-term vision and their desire to continue contributing to the vibrancy of Rotunda Terrace.

KBW congratulates the new owners and looks forward to seeing their continued success as they build on the strong foundations they have already established. The sale of 14 Rotunda Terrace is a positive development for the local community, reinforcing the importance of supporting local businesses and investing in the future of our neighbourhoods.
