KBW was instructed to market the premises following the expiry of the previous occupier’s lease. The ground floor shop of about 600 sq ft has dual frontages to Church Road and Tesco’s car park.  The shop is located within Bishops Cleeve, a rapidly growing village with a population of 17,000 (2018), which is about 4 miles north of Cheltenham.

Commercial Director Richard Knightley negotiated terms on behalf of the landlord for a new longer term lease to The Cleeve Bookshop. The premises was marketed in January 2022 and the new tenant took occupation at the end of March 2022.
