Sale of Cheltenham industrial site completes

The sale of a pair of industrial units within a gated yard on Athelney Way has completed. The site was part income producing, with a lease of Unit 1 recently renewed to KL Engineering. Unit 2 is vacant following the recent expiry of a lease to CEF. The site has been purchased by an investor and the sale was agreed by KBW on behalf of a private client.
