Out of town office letting

KBW has completed the letting of Bramery House to Turning Point on behalf of retained client The Minton Group. Turning Point has taken a 5 year lease, subject to tenant break clauses on the 3rd & 4th anniversaries and will use the self contained office building as an advisory clinic for substance misuse.
