Lease of converted barn on popular office development completes

Acting on behalf of client The Walker Pritchard Partnership, KBW has agreed terms for a new lease of The Long Barn at Tewkesbury Business Park. The Long Barn is part of the popular Courtyard office development on Severn Drive and is now the new home of tenant CAD-MAN-DO Design and Draughting Solutions.
