Recently purchased by Cheltenham-based landlord, Watson’s Property, KBW is pleased to announce its involvement in the marketing of 143-145 High Street to let.  

The property, which has been vacant for several years, is now receiving investment as Watson’s Property brings a neglected prime High Street property back to life.  

Acting on behalf of the new Landlord, KBW has been engaged to manage the leasing process for the property, with a focus on securing a suitable long-term tenant that will complement the line up of occupiers. As an initial step toward reactivating the property, KBW has just secured a Christmas pop-up that will occupy the space over the festive season. Following this temporary arrangement, Watson’s Property will complete a series of refurbishments designed to make the space more inviting and appealing for future tenants. 

Richard Knightley, Senior Director and head of Commercial Agency at KBW, is leading the project on behalf of Watson’s Property. “This is an exciting opportunity to breathe new life into a key location on Cheltenham’s High Street,” said Richard. “We are very pleased to support Watson’s Property in this process with a Christmas pop-up in the short term, but our focus now is on finding a more permanent tenant to add value for our client and benefit this prime location.
