KBW banks new tenant for former Natwest building

KBW has successfully negotiated a new lease of 68-70 Suffolk Road on behalf of the landlord. The new tenant ECCTIS Ltd has taken a new 10 year lease following a programme of landlord’s works, managed and tendered by KBW’s building consultancy team.
