Greengrocer sprouts up on Bridge Street

KBW has acquired 36 Bridge Street, Evesham on behalf of The Evesham Greengrocer. A Schedule of Condition limiting the client’s repair/reinstatement obligations and a list of landlords works to be undertaken prior to completion were agreed following a pre acquisition survey completed by KBW.
