Former Cath Kidston store now let to new occupier
KBW is pleased to announce that there will soon be a new occupier in the former Cath Kidston store on Clarence Street in Cheltenham.
Following the departure of Cath Kidston in August 2019, KBW has quickly found a new tenant for the shop premises that occupy a prominent position adjacent to the Promenade and benefit from a wide double fronted shop front. The shop extends to approximately 1,000 sq ft on ground and basement levels.
Our Commercial Director Richard Knightley tells us more: “I’m delighted to announce that the new occupier is Mark Blake Hair & Beauty Salon. With existing salons in Cirencester and Gloucester but lots of clients in Cheltenham, we thought that Mark Blake would be an good fit for this property and a suitable tenant for our private landlord client.”
We look forward to Mark Blake’s award-winning team bringing their experience to Cheltenham. Their work has graced the pages of Vogue, Marie Claire and fashion magazines in over 30 countries worldwide. Mark Blake Hair was recently voted best salon in Gloucestershire and listed as the No 1 Hot spot by Vogue magazine.
Director & founder Mark Blake explains why the property so well suits their needs; “Having established ourselves as a leading salon in Gloucester and Cirencester, we have experienced an unprecedented demand from clients for further salon locations, particularly Cheltenham. When viewing the former Cath Kidston store, I instantly saw it as a Mark Blake Hair salon offering world-class hair services in an environment that is modern and sleek which stays true to our client-focused, luxury roots. All of us at Mark Blake Hair & Beauty could not be more excited to share our vision and the finished result of the salon with existing and new clients”.
The new salon is due to open in April and we can’t wait to see the finished look.
