Fairytale letting for Once Upon a Tea Room
The former Indian Restaurant in Winchcombe Street has been completely transformed into a delightful tea room, following the letting to local young entrepreneurial couple.
The former Dine India restaurant; a Grade II listed mid terrace property originally constructed in approximately 1830, offers unusually deceptive space. On entering the property you are greeted with a small serving area which opens out into a beautiful open plan space with laminate flooring, decorative architrave and two feature fireplaces.
The property had recently undergone a period of redecoration allowing an incoming tenant to really make their mark. Once Upon a Tea Room has certainly achieved that…
Once Upon a Tea Room is the inspiration of Sophie Lannen and supported by her husband Richard, they have now opened the doors on their magical tea rooms. Offering tasty treats, afternoon tea and high tea every Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as Catering for events, this new business is sure to be a hit in Cheltenham.
Baking extraordinaire Sophie knew 108 Winchcombe Street was the best home for her business from the very first viewing some months ago. Sophie previously catered the Enchanted Team Rooms for over five years and we are excited to see what her imaginative mind creates over many years to come.
