KBW is very pleased to announce the successful letting of all retail space at The Cleevelands Centre, a vibrant neighbourhood hub located in the ever-growing community of Bishops Cleeve.

The centre, developed by Warners Retail, has quickly become a focal point for local residents and businesses alike, offering a diverse mix of dining, fitness, and lifestyle services.

Among the occupiers are the much-anticipated Black & Gold Café, a chic spot for coffee and community connection, and Jai Ho, an exciting new restaurant from the team behind Cheltenham’s renowned Prithvi. These additions join the already thriving convenience store Midcounties Coop, Domino’s and Avant Garde Salon, enhancing the appeal of Cleevelands as a destination for both everyday convenience and leisure.

The first floor is home to an Anytime Fitness franchise, providing 24/7 access to high-quality fitness facilities. On the top floor, a variety of clinic-type occupiers, including a physio and a nutrition and a pilates club, can be found in the Health Hub, adding further value to the local community.
