Following completion of a lease assignment, KBW is pleased to announce Stratum Clinics will be taking over the former Spire Clinic premises on Ormond Terrace opening Winter 2019.

Following closure of the existing clinic, KBW was instructed to dispose of the lease to a suitable new tenant. Given that the property had already been equipped as a clinic with the necessary D1 (Clinic) consent, it provided an appealing proposition for Stratum Dermatology Clinics to expand by opening their fifth premises (existing clinics include London Harley Street, Wimbledon, Oxford and Canterbury).

Liaising between landlord, assignor and assignee, the assignment was swiftly concluded by KBW and the appointed solicitors and we now look forward to the grand opening later this year.

Stratum Dermatology Clinics will provide a dermatology centre of excellence in the heart of Cheltenham, helping patients across Gloucestershire. The clinic will provide expert care for all skin related problems, as well as professional advice on maintaining and improving skin health and appearance.
