Convenience store to relocate following unit sale

March 6th 2017

KBW has agreed the sale of Units 6 & 7 Kingsway Local Centre to the owner and proprietor of the convenience store in the adjoining Unit 5. The convenience store will move next door into Units 6 & 7, with a self service launderette added to Unit 5. KBW agreed the sale on behalf of developer Robert Hitchins.
