With the waft of freshly brewed local coffee and warm pastries, Suffolk Coffee throw open their doors and welcome you in.

In the bustling location of ‘The Suffolks’ just outside the town centre and close to Montpellier Gardens, KBW commenced marketing of a former bookstore in late 2021 and were delighted to receive such strong interest in the shop from the outset. An offer from Suffolk Coffee was accepted and KBW worked with all parties, including the outgoing tenant, to ensure a smooth transition for our client with no downtime between tenancies.

Suffolk Coffee, open Tuesdays to Sundays, has one main purpose; to serve delicious coffee of exceptional quality. Whether you’re looking for somewhere to savour a beautifully made coffee and slice of cake, or just needing a quick stop to refuel and catch your breath, they’ve got you covered. Locally sourced products include Cheltenham based Ritual Coffee Roasters, loose tea from Born Wild Tea in Cirencester, and fruit juices from Bensons.

The properties around the Suffolks, Tivoli and Bath Road remain popular with independent businesses as they are often an affordable alternative to the town centre whilst still benefitting from good footfall. These locations are just a short walk from Montpellier, in densely populated residential locations.
