With the last remaining unit now under offer, KBW’s Commercial Agency team has been busy working with a long standing client to secure four new lettings on the estate in 2023.

Starting the year with a January letting of Unit 4d Delta Drive to Fork Trucks Ltd. A new depot in a key location for the company, supporting their existing customer base and helping them to reach a wider audience. Unit 4d extends to approximately 2,500 sq ft.

Next, we facilitated the relocation of an existing tenant into a larger unit. Unit 4b let in June 2023 to Auto Windscreens Ltd. KBW worked with Integra Property Management who were acting on behalf of the tenant.

A new tenant for the estate, we then introduced Bushell & Meadows, who completed on a new lease in November 2023. The unit was a former Greggs, so it underwent quite the transformation before being re-let as an industrial unit to the new tenant, supporting their existing premises close by.

Finally, we helped support the expansion of an existing tenant into Unit 5b whilst also agreeing terms to extend the lease on their existing unit 5a. Whilst we had quite a bit of interest in the unit from new potential tenants, our client was keen to support an existing tenant and prioritised their needs.

We are ending the year with the remaining Unit 4c under offer to a trade counter operator who we know will be a great fit for the estate. Watch this space!
