KBW let this regency building to Bar Padron

KBW is delighted to announce completion of a new lease to Bar Padrōn; Cheltenham’s very own connection into the heart of Spain.
Formerly Twisted Six, KBW was approached by the business owner to assign the lease and having just weeks earlier met with Matt and Corina Wood (the brains behind Bar Padrōn) we knew the property would be exactly what they were looking for.

6 Regent Street is a mid-terrace Grade II listed building arranged over four floors within the central conservation and shopping area of Cheltenham. The ground and first floors serve as mostly open plan seating areas with a bar on each level. The building benefits from decorative period features and a small private terrace at the rear.

Although originally instructed to assign the lease, KBW were able to simultaneously secure a surrender for our client whilst a new lease was granted to Bar Padrōn.
