KBW Appointed to Manage Service Charge at Oversley Mill Services

KBW is pleased to announce its appointment to establish and manage the service charge at Oversley Mill Services, a prominent roadside development located on the A46 Alcester Road.
The site is home to a number of well-known occupiers, including McDonald’s, Costa Coffee, Travelodge, and the owner-operated petrol forecourt and service station. Following a comprehensive redevelopment programme, the estate now requires a structured and professionally managed service charge framework to support its ongoing operation and maintenance.
Working closely with the client, KBW has prepared and secured approval for the initial service charge budget. The next phase will involve publishing the budget and engaging with occupiers to ensure transparency, effective communication, and the delivery of high-quality estate services.
