KBW was instructed by a long-standing local client to re-let the former Bella Italia following its closure in 2020.

KBW’s Agency Team noted: “Prior to the pandemic, there were a few voids starting to appear on Cheltenham’s Promenade, this was further escalated by the pandemic but over the last 12 months the availability of shops on the Promenade has reduced significantly which is great news for the town.”
