Rico takes the biscuit with assignment of Evans Cycles lease

KBW has agreed an assignment of its client Evans Cycles’ lease of A1/A2 The Biscuit Factory, Bermondsey. Following a marketing campaign that generating significant interest in the property, the lease has been assigned to Rico Logistics.
