After being contacted in early March it seemed like a tall order to move kate & tom’s into a new office before the end of the month, but in less than 4 weeks keys were handed over to the new tenants.

This turned out to be a positive outcome not just for the landlord and new tenant, but also the outgoing tenant who was able to surrender their lease before the official lease expiry date.
