New tenants welcomed at Cheltenham industrial estates

Two Cheltenham industrial estates have welcomed new tenants following completed leases. Pooky Lighting has secured the remaining unit at Charlton Kings Industrial Estate, with Elec Excel Building Services completing its lease of Unit I at Churchill Industrial Estate. KBW agreed the lettings on behalf of clients YBS (Charlton Kings I.E) and Cavendish Homes (Churchill).
