New tenant secured for Grade II listed restaurant premises

KBW has agreed a new lease of 73 Church Street, Tewkesbury on behalf of a private client. The grade II listed property provides restaurant accommodation at ground floor with two residential apartments on the upper floors. The new lease has been taken by the proprietors of the Hunters Inn, who will continue to run the Longden based public house in addition to no.73.
