It took just 3 weeks between agreeing heads of terms and the new lease to RBE Group completing. KBW acted on behalf of a long standing client as Agent, with legal representation by HCR Law, to let this industrial unit in Gabwell Business Centre in Quedgeley.

Let to RBE Group whose Head Office is nearby. They needed extra storage space so the subject premises provided an ideal solution. Their requirement was urgent and all parties worked hard to conclude a deal within 3 weeks.
