We are delighted to welcome Abby McCaffrey to the KBW team as an Apprenticeship Surveyor.

The University College of Estate Management (UCEM) will be well known as a route to becoming a Chartered Surveyor and the Directors of KBW felt that now was an ideal opportunity to launch our first apprenticeship opportunity to someone first starting out.

Many of the large firms of Surveyors offer fantastic support programmes but the city life isn’t for everyone and we are in a unique opportunity to be located in the beautiful town of Cheltenham yet still work nationally for some of our clients. We are also a multifaceted firm so when it comes to valuable hands-on experience, KBW can offer so much.

We’ll catch up with Abby later in the year to find out how she’s settled in to her new role and how the Chartered Surveying apprenticeship programme is going but in the meantime we are delighted to welcome Abby to the team and look forward to supporting her learning over the coming years.

Abby is on the BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management degree programme with University College of Estate Management.
