Former Money Shop premises re let

After successfully agreeing a surrender of the previous lease to The Money Shop on behalf of the landlord, KBW has agreed terms for a new lease of the ground floor retail unit at 64-66 High Street, Cheltenham. The new tenant is Black Gold Cafe Limited.
