KBW successfully negotiated a lease renewal and second floor expansion to Montpellier Asset Management on behalf of the Landlord.

Montpellier Asset Management are long term occupiers of 7 Imperial Square and they have recently committed to the building for the foreseeable future, providing space for meeting clients and for staff offices.

KBW negotiated terms for a lease renewal on behalf of the landlord as well as to simultaneously take a second lease of the top floor offices. The second floor offices will provide complimentary services, with more information to be announced in the coming months.
