We were lucky enough to take an early sneak peak into the property and the fit out works are progressing well. You’ll no doubt have seen the striking facelift outside if you’ve walked past in recent weeks. The double fronted retail unit in Montpellier will offer outdoor seating and an all-day offering, further details to be disclosed in the coming weeks as they near their launch date in November.

The property will also offer JM Socials an opportunity to relocate their head office; with amazing views over Montpellier Gardens, what a great place to work!

KBW’s involvement was initially to sell the building in 2020, and then to secure a tenant for the new owner all since the pandemic hit. We are delighted to have reached a successful outcome for two clients on the same property and wish JM Socials every success going forward.
