The new lease of Unit G3 Northway Trading Estate, Tewkesbury has completed following an extensive refurbishment of the unit undertaken by the landlord Edmund Estates. The previous tenant vacated earlier this year and Edmund Estates took the opportunity to refurbish and reconfigure the accommodation prior to re marketing.
