KBW has agreed a new lease of Unit 11 Brunel Court to Pulsin Ltd to facilitate its expansion at the Waterwells Business Park site. Pulsin has taken a new lease of Unit 11, simultaneous with expiry of the previous lease to secure continued occupation of the unit with no void period.
Acting on behalf of Gardiner Shoes, KBW has successfully negotiated a sale of 1-11 Alvin Street, Gloucester. The site became surplus to Gardiner’s requirements when it relocated to purpose built warehouse units at Quedgeley. The Alvin Street site has been purchased by a Cheltenham based printing firm.
